Good morning! Today is supposed to be hot. Powell River is a nice place but high heat is rare here. So today the fans will be on and I’ll be writing. I wanted to share an interview I participated in. I hope you enjoy it.
All Authors did an interview with me.
Let me know what you think of the interview. 🙂

My interview with All Authors
- What has been your most cherished childhood memory? It would be the Christmas I got my first journal I felt like a real writer that day. What did I know I was six.
- What does writing mean to you? Writing makes me feel alive. I love writing.
- What are your thoughts on conventional publishing vs self-publishing? What route did you choose and why? To be truthful I like both but I’m not patient enough to sit around and wait for a year or longer to do what I can accomplish in a much shorter time. Writing is a passion of mine. I do it because I love it and that is all that matters.
- What were some of the thoughts swimming through your head while you were trying to get your first book published? I wondered if anyone would love my book as much as I did.
- When writing, do you prefer to work after setting an outlined plot? Or just take an idea and then see where it gets you? I would say a bit of both. I enjoy having a skeleton of the story, but I also love to fly by the seat of my pants.
- What inspired the plot of your novel, The Missing Pieces of Teravaza: Danger lurking? I like aliens and I thought it would be fun to write a hybrid story about them. I had a dream about an alien invasion and I thought what the hell let’s go for it.
- Why did you decide to make Wind Walkers a series? I love wolves, but the story is more than wolves it’s dragons and witches and angels. I wanted to have fun and it was a sure way to do so. I had a lot of dreams about wolves and thought, why not dive into that.
- How long did it take you to finish writing “Daily Journal: 365 days of memories”? A week. It’s a blank journal. The cover is beautiful his name is Lakota. It’s perfect for keeping things you don’t want to lose. I have a hard copy myself for all my passwords. I got tired of plain covers.
- What is your writing routine? Do you have a specific place or time where you think you write better? I like to get up by 4 am and begin writing. It’s my favourite time of the day. The time is perfect though if it was by the ocean I would not complain.
- What would you like to say to any fans reading this right now? Any advice? Keep going, never give up. Chase these dreams! What do you have to lose?
- Have you read any good books recently? What is your all-time favourite book? I don’t have an all-time favourite, there are too many to choose from, but I’ve read the Younglings by Helena Craggs, books one and two and really enjoyed it.
- Do you prefer reading or writing? Why? Writing, I love reading, but I prefer to design worlds.
- Is there anything new that you’re working on? When can we expect the next book to come out? Genavine’s Faith is in editing #paranormal #dystopian #drama with a touch of romance. Then there’s My Heart for you, it’s coming out soon. #romanticsuspense #cowgirlromance. And last but not least there is Terror in the Shadows, which is halfway done #occult #detective #mystery #romance.
- How has been your experience working with AllAuthor? I love you guys. I think you guys are amazing.
- When did you first realize that being a writer is something you wanted to pursue? I knew it would happen someday. I was always a poet, but until I got older life got in the way of having a writing career.
